"Customer service was alright in the end"
It took them a bit longer than I expected to get back to me, and I was starting to wonder if, anyway, they did eventually sort the issue out. Not amazing customer service, but not terrible either.

"I’m still waiting for my repair to be..."
I’m still waiting for my repair to be finished, and the whole warranty process has been really frustrating. Every time I ask for an update, it feels like I get passed around and nobody actually takes ownership of the issue. At this point, the warranty almost feels pointless if it takes this long to get anything resolved...

"Found the right part without much fuss"
I was able to find the spare part I needed easily, which was a relief. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but reading between the lines, it seemed like it was more of a shipping delay than anything else. Overall, it did the job.

"It works fine for regular dust..."
It works fine for regular dust and crumbs, so no big complaints there. But when it comes to pet hair on my rug, it kinda struggles ngl. For the price, I expected it to do a bit better. Not awful at all, just average imo...

"Got it installed in the end"
I had a bit of trouble getting my new appliance fitted and wasn’t totally sure what I was doing. It took a little while to get through to support, which was a bit annoying, but once I did, they were really helpful and talked me through the steps. Managed to get it sorted myself in the end, which felt like a small win!

I wanted to like the site, but it was annoying to navigate. I kept clicking around and somehow ending up back where I started, and I couldn’t find what I needed without going in circles. It would be great if things were a bit easier to locate.

I might’ve misjudged this one, but the build feels flimsy. After only two weeks, the door already feels loose, which doesn’t exactly give me confidence that it’ll hold up.

"Delivery timing was all over the place"
I ordered from electrolux.co.uk and the delivery was a bit of a headache. They gave me a time slot, then changed it at the last minute, and after all that the driver still turned up late. There wasn’t a proper call beforehand either, so he basically arrived right when I was about to leave. The product itself is fine, no complaints there, but the timing and communication around delivery made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be.

I bought an Electrolux washer from Electrolux last year, and it’s been great so far. I kind of regret putting off replacing our old one for so long, because this has made laundry a lot less annoying.
We use it most days for the kids’ clothes, bedding, towels, and all the usual stuff, and it hasn’t given us any trouble. No strange noises, no error messages, nothing dramatic, it just gets on with it.
Delivery was fine as well, but the main thing for me is that it still feels dependable after a year. I’d happily buy from them again...
